Clothing connected to the stories, experiences, and communities that have shaped Forrest’s life.
Some designs come from Angel Blue. Others come from recovery, tattooing, military service, and the years Forrest spent serving alongside Marines as a Navy corpsman.
They do not need to mean something to everyone. Some of them are meant for the people who already understand.
ABASOR
Angel Blue A Song Of Redemption.
ABASOR is represented by Forrest’s double ouroboros symbol, two serpents consuming their own tails around an all seeing eye.
The ouroboros has represented cycles of death, rebirth, destruction, and renewal for thousands of years. The two serpents reflect the repeating cycles that run through Angel Blue, including trauma, addiction, recovery, loss, and rebuilding. The all seeing eye represents awareness, truth, and the willingness to look directly at what was once hidden.
Together, the symbol represents survival, transformation, and breaking cycles that once seemed endless.
To most people, ABASOR is simply a symbol. To those who know the story behind it, it carries much more.
Available on tees and hoodies in a variety of colors and styles.
DevilDoc and FMF
Forrest served as a Navy hospital corpsman with Marines, including his deployment to Iraq with Lima Company, 3/24.
Within the Marine Corps community, corpsmen are known simply as Doc, a title earned through the relationship between Marines and the sailors responsible for caring for them.
Forrest also began tattooing Marines while deployed to Iraq.
“It breaks about 300 Marine Corps regulations to tattoo in a combat zone, but Marine grunts have a way of making things happen.”
The DevilDoc and FMF designs come directly from that part of his life and are made for the corpsmen, Marines, veterans, families, and others who understand what those names represent.
